We’re proud to announce the appointment of Lewis Pugh as Customer AI Solutions Lead, strengthening our artificial intelligence capability as demand grows from SMEs seeking practical, secure AI adoption within live operational environments.
The move marks a deliberate expansion of our AI function, responding to growing demand from businesses seeking to adopt AI in a practical and secure way.
Lewis, who has been part of our engineering team for several years, will now focus exclusively on helping customers embed AI into day-to-day workflows. His remit includes Microsoft Copilot adoption, AI accelerator projects, automation initiatives and governance frameworks to ensure responsible and compliant use.
Lewis’s appointment follows Adam Galfskiy’s recent appointment as Head of AI and builds on our Microsoft Solutions Partner designation in Data & AI, forming part of a deliberate investment in strengthening our AI capability across our Proactive IT offering and beyond.
As Lewis puts it: “For most SMEs, the opportunity with AI isn’t about experimenting with new tools. It’s about improving how existing processes run.
“When AI is integrated properly into Microsoft environments and governed carefully, it can reduce repetitive workload, surface the right information faster and support better decisions. My role is to ensure that happens in a structured and commercially meaningful way.”
